Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is wonderfully located near the train station into Leeds and boasts a charming outside covered area. The manager is attentive and values customer service, although there was a slight issue with the shift timings. The delightful conservatory enhances the overall experience, but the price could be more competitive.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a four-poster bed and an updated bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath. The service is top-notch with staff who take pride in their job and understand the value of customer service. The location is charming, especially with the well-done outside covered area, and it is conveniently close to the train station for easy travel to nearby cities. The dining experience includes various options for all tastes and even includes homemade bread. Overall, a great choice with minor room for improvement in the dining experience.
I felt like I had stepped into a cozy retreat with traditional charm. The room was spacious, featuring a delightful 4 poster bed and a recently updated bathroom with a luxurious jacuzzi bath and a separate shower. The service was exceptional, especially with the attentive staff who even went the extra mile to make my stay memorable.
